Holter Systems

Burdick offers one of the most comprehensive lines of Holter products in the industry, ranging from systems designed for the physician office to powerful research-grade Holter systems. All Burdick Holter systems use digital Holter recorders and state-of-the-art personal computers to provide users with the most powerful Holter solutions. Our complete line of software includes Late Potential Analysis, Pacemaker Analysis and Heart Rate Variability.

Model 92513 Compact Digital Holter Recorder

The Model 92513 compact digital holter recorder has been built on a history of innovation by Burdick. Burdick Holter engineers patented the first Holter recorder using hard-disk technology to store ECG data without data compression. With digital acquisition and data storage, the recorder eliminates the frequency response and timing variations that limit the performance of cassette tape recorders. This design has become the "Gold Standard" for research applications, such as the MADIT II and DEFINITE studies.

Model 92513 Compact Digital Holter RecorderWeighing less than 7 oz., the 92513 can be worn comfortably under clothes or even in a patient’s pocket. The unit stores 2 or 3 channels of ECG information on a compact flash card, which can be removed to transfer the information to the Holter system. Features include:

  • 2- or 3-channel recording - 24-hour recording standard;
    48-hour recording optional

  • Digital data acquisition

  • Removable compact flash card

  • Pacer Pulse Detection

  • Patient Event button

  • 200 samples per second

Holter Research Recorders

The model 92510 digital Holter recorder is available for research applications such as HRV or SAECG that feature:

  • Digital recording

  • Programmable sample rates up to 1,000 sps

  • Frequency response of .05 to 500 Hz

  • Storage capacities of up to 520 MB

Vision Premier is the perfect solution to meet today’s requirements for networking computers or transfering information to other medical providers. No other Holter system offers the range of data communication options available with Vision Premier.

Fax

Using Microsoft Exchange or any other commercially available fax program, send reports (single pages or the entire report) directly from Vision Premier to the desired destination, selected from the online address book. This eliminates the time consuming and cumbersome process of printing the report and then feeding it through the fax machine.

Network Capability

Works as a single-user application with most network software including common programs like Novell, Ethernet and Windows NT. Our inexpensive site license makes it easy to set up multiple workstations for data collection and editing.

Data Export

Convert test reports to a ".pdf" file using Adobe Acrobat to send to any computer via e-mail, network or Internet. This non proprietary data format allows recipients to review and print the information at their location without any compromise in image resolution.

Satellite Operation

Remotely review and edit test data collected at satellite locations. Using a commercially available software program called pcAnywhere, users can access Vision Premier remotely (even from that beach in Aruba!) via modem and scan Holters as if they were sitting in front of the Vision Premier computer. Or give the physician access to records from other offices or his or her home. It's the perfect solution for multiple clinics with skilled technicians at only one location. Technicians can even scan from their home computer (a wonderful flex-time solution).

Optional Pacemaker Analysis Software

Used in conjunction with our digital Holter recorders, this software captures pacemaker spikes with digital accuracy. The unique design of our digital recorders insures that pacemaker spikes are not attenuated and are accurately represented on the report strips. A separate pacemaker form makes it easy and fast to review paced morphologies. The final report /includes a special report page detailing an hourly summary of paced activity.

Optional Heart Rate Variability Software

Time Domain automatic analysis can be programmed for specific day and night time periods with corresponding histogram and statistical analysis. A manual mode can be used to add an unlimited number of users selected time periods for analysis.

Frequency Domain software offers unparalleled flexibility. Select FFT or AR analysis. Either mode /includes other programming options, e.g. filter, power and data correction algorithms.
