If you are not satisfied with your Advanced BioSystems, Inc. purchase, notify us within (15) days of your receipt and we will replace it or credit your account. Your satisfaction is our measure for success. There is a 30% restocking fee for returns over 15 days. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
We want your order to be as simple as possible. To offer you further
convenience, we accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa.
Minimum Order Amount:
The Minimum Order Amount is $50.00. In addition, certain supplies have a Minimum Shipping Quantity; call us before you order if you aren't sure.
Non-warranty items, not covered by a pre-existing service contract, will be billed on a time and materials basis, unless the item has already been assigned a flat-fee service, preventative maintenance (PM), or rebuild charge.
Terms of Payment:
Sales tax will be added to all orders where applicable.
Order Vertification and Delivery:
To check on the status of an order, or to verify shipment, please call our Customer Service Department. Normal delivery time is 5-7 days.
If you need an item quickly, Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day deliveries are available. Shipping Fees will be based on the shipping method selected.
If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please call our Customer Service Department. We will assist you with the return process by giving you a return receipt number. This number must be used when returning any merchandise. We cannot accept returns on specific products where packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
Loaner devices are available at no charge for both warranty and non-warranty devices under service
contract when repairs are performed by ABS.
Delivery will be Monday through Friday. If shipping is necessary, loaner shipping is prepaid, but will be
added to non-Warranty repair charges. If loaners are delivered, loaner delivery will be when the first
available service representative is in your area.
Loaners are shipped Monday through Friday via the most economical carrier unless a user-specified carrier
is requested. Any difference in shipping costs will be assumed by customers seeking service. Loaner
devices are provided on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
Damage to loaner devices due to abuse, misuse, neglect, or any other avoidable
occurence will be invoiced
as a repair charge and assumed by customers seeking service.
